So I was going to make stir-fry tonight but came across this recipe for reduced-fat mac and cheese w/broccoli. Since I wanted to use up the broccoli from yesterday, I thought why not? Plus it was a new mac and cheese recipe which is always good news! It was pretty good too - I needed to add some cayenne pepper to it to give it a little more kick but I didn't have any. So, on the grocery list for the weekend is cayenne pepper and on tap for tomorrow's dinner is stir-fry.

Exercise
Wednesday I went to work even though it was snowing cause Frank was home, and I knew if there was a cancellation for Thursday's school Frank would be in NYC. WEll, Stephen and Danielle had a delayed opening and Matthew stayed home. So I called out today. Anyway, yesterday I had cereal, some turkey on a small portuguese roll at work, and at home, I had some chocolate then for dinner I had pork chops with seasoning, rice a roni, broccoli, and a salad. Didn't have a whole pork chop, just a little. I had a few bites of the kids ice cream, and I had a few tortilla chips dunked into tositos cheese dip and a handful of light popcorn.
