  • 1 salmon burger (on a roll!) w/cajun remoulade sauce (300 calories; 6 points)
  • Water

  • A handful of mixed nuts (140 calories; 3 points)
  • Diet hot chocolate (25 calories; 0 points)
  • 1 hershey kiss, dark chocolate (25 calories; 1 point)

    So for today it's roughly:
