What a rainy day it was today. This equaled no motivation to go to the gym. I'll go tomorrow, for sure. I did make some pulled pork for the first time ever, which got my house smelling really nice! Too bad how many calories are in it, although there's also a lot of protein which is good!

I gained only one lb. Not bad. I worked out today. Had my shredded wheat and was planning to eat soup today when I had to go to Matthew's school early to get him and a friend cause the power went out from a tree falling on the transformer near school. So I took the boys to BK and had a whopper jr. with cheese no ketchup or onion and a little bit of Matthew's coke. Tonight is steak with mushrooms, rice a roni and cauliflower. Oh yeah, I had a bite of dark chocolate, carrots and celery, and 3 bites of a black and white cookie (that was decorated black and green for the JETS).
