Here's the justification for today's breakfast (via one of my friend's FB status): "Weekends were made for excessive carb consumption."
For breakfast1 everything bagel with as minimal cream cheese and butter as possible (530 calories; 11 points)
1 cup of coffee w/vanilla creamer (70 calories; 2 points)
No lunch today... too busy shopping.
For dinner
2 servings of Papa Murphy's Chicken, Bacon, Artichoke De-Lite pizza (450 calories; 10 points)
Water
Snacks
1 slice of apple (20 calories; 0 points)
1 diet hot chocolate (25 calories; 0 points)
Total Calories (roughly): 1095
Total WW Points: 23
Total "Flex Points" left for week: 18
Days left in flex points week (after today) : 1
Exercise

Well since I had gained that pound when I weighed myself on Monday, I wasn't bad through the week. Friday I snuck on the scale at the gym and went down 4 ounces. Good or me! Then Saturday and Sunday hit which are my worst days. Yuck. Let's just say I gained a pound when I weighed myself this morning at the gym. So I was extra good today. My usual cereal, 0 point ww soup (rice & veggies), some fresh pineapple, piece of dark chocolate, ww pizza for supper, ww ice cream pinwheel, a bite of pepperoni and a slice of swiss cheese with 5 chips. All in all I feel good. AND Frank's not home, so I could have snacked on the chips more. On to tomorrow!!!

ReplyDeleteI gotta say I LOVE the WW ice cream. I had some the other day (from the cups) and it was delish. All in all, I've been pretty happy with the Smart Ones frozen meals (although I've only had a few of them) as well as the WW desserts.
